The Plano Richardson
Alumnae Panhellenic (PRAP) held a 9-11th Grade
SORORITY RECRUITMENT

This informal meeting was intended to help college bound girls learn more
about sorority life including:
. The value of joining a sorority in college
. How to prepare yourself for recruitment while in high
school
. References for each sorority and how to obtain them
. Financial responsibility
We had two recent college graduates as our guest speakers: Chelsea
Augustine, University of North Texas and Courtney Cravens, Texas Tech. They
did an outstanding job sharing their perspectives with the girls. We
had
about 5 different schools represented and our hope is that they will go back
and spread the word about PRAP and the exciting world of sorority life.
Our next Panhellenic forum will be for area High School Seniors February 22
2- 4pm at Parkway Hills Baptist Church in Plano.
